I design, architect, and build solutions to solve business problems and meet marketing objectives. In non-business speak, I'm an engineer who likes to exercise both halves of my brain on projects, working closely with clients to envision & build well-crafted experiences.

I'm also a vegetarian and am obsessed with coffee, craft beer & mid-century-modern design.

I Love Mobile

The iPhone changed everything. Seriously, if you own a smartphone, and I hope you do by now, try to remember life before you got it. How did we get by without a full-fledged computer in our pocket at all times? I'm thrilled to be an iOS developer, as these are exciting times indeed.

The room for error on these smaller devices is equally small though, so don't skimp on getting the right people to build your app.

About Me

Throughout my career I have worked at an array of Pittsburgh area startups before deciding to venture off on my own to tackle the new wild west - mobile. These are exciting times which bring me back to the original dot-com era, where anything seemed possible. Applications & services that used to take entire companies a year to build can now be made in several weeks or even days by aspiring small teams. We just have to make sure we don't lose focus on building things the right way.

Experience

I've built websites to monitor all facets of your health. I've built a content management system that powers sites all over the Internet today. I've led teams to build enterprise search solutions for Fortune 100 corporations. I helped make gamification an everyday word in current day marketing. I've built mobile applications to replace thousands of paper catalogs with a digital replacement. I've done a lot of things throughout my career, so the question is what are we going to build next?
